Before you sign up as a (permanent) babysitter family, we do an extensive screening of everyone who wants to work with us, to make sure they are reliable and good babysitters with the right credentials. After the screening, the final step is the job interview. This way, we guarantee that all babysitters have the standards and values we stand for. The screening consists of 5 steps:

1. Basic check: age, education, experience.
2. Online and social media check.
3. References of parents where the babysitter has babysat before.
4. VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct).
5. Job interview

Our working method – here are the steps!

Before the first babysitting day, I will come to your home for a personal intake interview. I will tell you how our company works and I would really like to get to know the children then as well. If everything feels right for both parties, the cooperation can start.

I stay involved with each family at Korall’s Kids Care, so I am always up to date and can help where needed.

1. Fill in our contact form and we will get in touch within 24 hours.
2. We will schedule an intake meeting to meet in person at your home.
3. We will look for the perfect match, a nanny who is a perfect fit for your family.
4. You will receive the sitter’s details, then you can either contact us and arrange the first babysitting day or let me know which days you all need a sitter and I will arrange everything with the sitter!
5. The babysitter will confirm all the arrangements made via Whatsapp.
6. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice by e-mail with all the hours a babysitter has been at your home.
