After the screening, the final step is the job interview. This way, we guarantee that all babysitters have the standards and values we stand for. The screening consists of 5 steps:

1. Basic check: age, education, experience.
2. Online and social media check.
3. References of parents where the babysitter has babysat before.
4. VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct).
5. Job interview

Before we start working together, it is important to get to know each other. We will do this in an online intake interview. If everything feels right for both parties, the cooperation can start.

Korall will stay involved with each family at Korall’s Kids Care, so she is always up to date and can help where needed.

1. Plan your intake interview with our manager or CEO by clicking this link
2. We will get to know each other and discuss your specific wishes and needs.
3. You will receive a payment link for our monthly service fee and a code for exclusive APP to create your family profile (download in app store or play store)
4. We will look for the perfect match, a nanny who is a great fit for your family.
5. You can easily book & pay for your nanny in the APP.
6. The nanny will accept your request and you’ll see her profile in the APP.
7. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice with all the hours the nanny has been at your home.
